Dear Art Lover,
Gary Nader in his quest for
the growth and commitment to the art community
of the city of Miami will host an auction on
May 10th, 2007 of which profits will go entirely
to local Miami art museums.
The artworks sold in Modern
and Contemporary Art Auction for Miami Museums
will come not only from Gary Nader fine art
gallery, but from city galleries, museums and
private collectors. We invite you to be an artwork
donor in this fundraising auction that will
give Miami museums of art another way to serve
us as an art community.
Our commitment to the art culture
is more than just visiting and knowing about
art. We need to have a stronger participation
and this is a perfect opportunity to show it.
The participating museums are: Bass Museum of
Art, Lowe Art Museum, Frost Art Museum, and
Miami Art Museum.
Guidelines for presenting
and sending artworks to be auctioned at
Modern and Contemporary Art Auction
for Miami Museums
• Send High Resolution
Image of the piece (to be included in catalogue)
to the email: auction@garynader.com
by March 30th. Pieces sent after that date will
not be considered.
• Include name of the
work, artist, year, dimensions, and any other
information relevant to the piece
• Name a price for the
piece (if you are not entirely donating the
artwork, this price will be covered after the
work is sold)
The price paid to you for your piece will be
determined on an estimated sale price at the
auction, regardless of the actual sale price
We will announce the artworks
chosen to be sold at the auction on April 05th,
2007.

Auction benefits will be divided

who have eagerly responded to the incentive
of the gallery by donating one or more art pieces
for the auction.
Latin American Modern and Contemporary
Art Auction for Miami Museums is an encouragement
for art lovers to collaborate with such important
and prominent institutions like Miami museums
of art who throughout the years have been working
hard to gain respect and recognition among the
most significant art institutions in the world.
